Esansiyel yağ asidi kaynağı olarak rasyonlarına farklı düzeylerde eklenen ayçiçek yağının kazlarda metabolizma ve karaciğer fonksiyonları üzerine etkisi: 2. Esansiyel yağ asidi kaynağı olarak farklı düzeylerde ayçiçek yağı içeren rasyonlarla beslenen kazlarda spesifik karaciğer enzim aktivitelerinin
Kazlarda yapılan bu çalışmanın amacı, esansiyel yağ asidi kaynağı olarak farklı düzeylerde ayçiçek yağı içeren rasyonun, spesifik karaciğer enzim aktivitelerine etkisinin araştırılmasıdır. Çalışmada 6 haftalık yaşta, 30 adet Fransız Beyazı kaz palazı kullanıldı. Kontrol, Deneme I ve Il olmak üzere 3 gruba ayrılan palazlardan deneme I grubu % 2 ayçiçek yağı içeren rasyonla, deneme II grubu ise % 6 ayçiçek yağı ilave edilen rasyonla 17 hafta süreyle beslendi. Serum ALP ortalama aktiviteleri, kontrol grubunda 103.6±11.1, deneme gruplarında sırasıyla 122.1$\pm$12.4 ve 83.3±9.4 U/L olarak saptandı. Deneme I ve deneme II grupları arasındaki farklılık istatiki olarak önemli bulundu (p
Effects on metabolism and liver function in geese fed with rations contained different levels of sunflower oil as origin of essential fatty acids. 2. The investigation of spesific liver enzymes activities in geese fed with rations contained different levels of sunflower oil.
The aim of this study was to investigate spesific liver enzymes activities in geese fed with rations contained different levels of sunflower oil as orijin of essential fatty acids. Six weeks old thirty French White geese were used as material. Geese were divided into three groups as control and the experimental group I and II. The experimental group I and II were fed with a ration containing 2% and 6% of sunflower oil for 17 weeks, respectively. The average activities of serum ALP were obtained 103.6$\pm$11.1 in control group. 122.1$\pm$ 12.4 and 83.3±9.4 U/L in experimental groups, respectively. The difference between the experimental group I and II was found to be statistically significant (p<0.05). The average activities of serum AST were obtained 25.3$\pm$4.6, 11.3±2.3 and 3.9$\pm$0.2 U/L respectively. Compared with control group, the difference between experiment group 1 and II was statistically significant (p<0.05). The average activities of serum ALT were found to be 23.4$\pm$1.1, 25.6$\pm$1.9 and 22.3$\pm$2.04 U/L respectively. The difference between groups was not significant. The average activities of serum LDH were determined 4341.5$\pm$243.9, 2514.3$\pm$386.4 and 715.0$\pm$64.1 U/L in control and experimental groups, respectively. The difference between groups was statistically significant (p<0.05).
