Sıçanlarda oluşturulan deneysel hipotiroidzm ve hipertiroidizmde serum AST, ALT ve ALP düzeylerinin değişimi
Materyal olarak 30 erkek , 30 dişi toplam 60 adet 3 aylık Wistar ırkı albino sıçan kullanılan araştırmamızda deneysel olarak oluşturulan hipertiroidizm ve hipotiroidizmin, serum aspartat aminotransferaz (AST), alanin aminotransferaz (ALT), alkalin fosfataz (ALP) düzeylerine olan etkileri incelendi. Kontrol grubuna normal sıçan yemi verilirken, hipertiroidi oluşturulacak sıçanların yemine 0.4 mg/100 g, suyuna 0.1 mg/L L-tiroksin katıldı. Hipotiroidi grubunda ise yeme 75 mg/100 g, suya 5 mg/L metimazol ilave edildi. Dört hafta süreyle beslenen kontrol ve deneme grubu sıçanlardan alınan kan örneklerinden serum elde edildi ve triiyodotironin (T3), tiroksin (T4), tiroid uyarıcı hormon (TSH), AST, ALT ve ALP düzeyleri belirlendi. Hipertiroidi grubu erkek ve dişi sıçanlarda kontrol grubuna oranla TSH miktarı düşerken T3, T4 serum AST, ALT, ALP düzeyleri istatistiksel olarak önemli artışlar gösterdi. Hipotiroidi grubu erkek ve dişi sıçanlarda ise kontrol grubuna oranla 'I, T4 miktarının azaldığı, TSH, serum AST, ALT ve ALP düzeylerin arttığı bulundu.
The change of the serum AST, ALT and ALP levels at the hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism experimentally at rats
We examined the effects of experimentally formed hyperthyroidism and hy¬pothyroidism on the levels of serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST),alanine aminotransferase (ALT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) using the 60, 3 months old Wistar Albino rats, 30 of which were male and while the other 30 were female. While the control group rats were fed with the normal rat food, the rats on which the hyperthyroidism would be formed were fed with the food containing 0.4 mg/100 g and water containing 0.1 mg/L L-thyroxine. Moreover, the group with hypothyroidism was fed with the food containing 75 mg/100g and water containing 0.1 mg/L methimazole. The serum, obtained from the blood samples which were taken from both the control and the experimental group rats fed for 4 weeks, was used to examine the levels of triiodothyronine (T3), thyroxine (T4), thyroid stimulation hormone (TSH), AST, ALT, ALPWhile the THS amount was found to be decreased at the male and the female rats of the hyperthyroidism group, T3, T4t serum AST, ALT, ALP levels increased significantly. T3, T4i amounts of the male and the female rats of the hypothyroidism group was found to be decreased according to the control group rats, while the T3, T4 serum AST, AIT, ALP levels were found to be increased.
