Köpeklerde oral antimikotiklerin serum testosteron seviyeleri, spermatogenezis ve diğer spermatolojik özelliklere etkileri
Bu çalışma, dermatomikozisli köpeklerin tedavisinde kullanılan oral antimikotik ilaçların (griseofulvin, ketokonazol ve flukonazol) serum testosteron düzeyleri, spermatolojik özellikler (hacim, motilite, yoğunluk ve morfolojik muayeneler) teslis ve prostat dokusu üzerine olan etkilerini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır.Çalışmanın materyalini her ilaç grubunda altı adet, kontrol grubunda ise iki adet olmak üzere toplam 20 adet 2 yaşında ergin köpek oluşturdu. İlk gruba 10 mg/kg dozunda ketokonazol, ikinci gruba 15-20 mg/kg dozunda Griseofulvin ve üçüncüye de yine 10 mg/kg dozundaFlukonazol günde bir kere oral olarak verildi. Kontrol grubuna herhangi bir ilaç verilmedi. İlaç verilmesinden sonra 15 gün arayla üç sefer daha hem kan hem de sperma örnekleri toplandı. 45.gün sonunda köpeklerin testis ve prostat dokuları histopatolojik olarak incelendi.Sonuç olarak; kullanılan üç farklı etken maddeli ilaçla yapılan uygulamalar sonucunda, teslislerde reverzibl dejeneratif değişimler meydana geldiği, oluşan bozuklukların en fazla Flukonazol grubundakilerde, daha az olarak da Ketokonazol ve Griseofulvin verilen gruptakilerde şekillendiği, fakat Griseofulvin grubunda spermatogenesisin daha fazla etkilendiği saptandı.
The effects on the serum testosteron levels, spermatogenesis and the other spermatological parameters of the oral anti-mycotics in dogs
This study is conducted to investigate the effects of the oral antimycotic medicines (griseofulvin, ketoconazole and fluconazole), that are used for the dogs with dermatomycosis in treatment, their effects on the serum testosterone levels, the spermatological parameters (volume, motility, density and morphological investigations), testes and prostat tissues.The every sample group of this study consist of six dogs and the control group consist of two dogs. 15-20 mg/kg dose of griseofulvin, 10 mg/kg dose of ketoconazole and fluconazole have been given orally. No medicine has been given in control groups. 15 days after giving the medicine blood and sperm have been collected three times. After the 45th day, testes and prostate tissues have been searched by histopathological techniques. At a result, three different medicines were used in this study and we saw reversible degenerative changings at testes. The most effect has been fixed at the fluconazole group but Spermatogenesis has been effect at griseofulvin groups.
