Öğretmen Adaylarının Gelişim Dosyasına Dayalı Değerlendirmeye İlişkin Görüleri

Bu araştırma, öğretmen adaylarının gelişim dosyasına dayalı değerlendirmeye ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma, Anadolu Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesinden 150 öğretmen adayı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma verileri anket ile toplanmıştır. Anketten elde edilen nicel verilerin çözümlenmesinde; yüzde ve ki kare testi, nitel verilerin çözümlenmesinde; betimsel analiz tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, öğretmen adayları gelişim dosyasına dayalı değerlendirmenin nesnel, performans ölçen ve gerekli bir değerlendirme tekniği olduğunu, bireysel ve mesleki gelişimlerine katkı sağladığını belirtmişlerdir. Ayrıca, öğretmen adayları bu süreçte, en çok zamanlama sorunu yaşadıklarını, bu sürecin daha etkili yürütülebilmesi için yönlendirmelerin daha etkili yapılması gerektiğini belirtmişlerdir. 

Opinions of Teacher Candidates as to the Portfolio Assessment

The study aims to determine the opinions of teacher candidates as to the portfolio assessment. The study group consists of 150 teacher candidates at Anadolu University, Faculty of Education. Data were collected using a questionnaire, which were then analyzed with percentage, chi square test. Qualitative data were analyzed using descriptive analysis technique. In conclusion, teacher candidates have stated that portfolio is an objective, and vital assessment technique which fairly measures performance. They have also stated that it contributes to their individual and occupational developments. They are of the opinion that the biggest problem they face in portfolio is timing and that they need orientation so that the evaluation process runs smoothly and efficiently.
