Kanserden Sağ kalan Çocuklarda Yaşam Kalitesi: Literatür Taraması

Amaç: Çocukluk çağı kanserlerinden sağ kalan çocukların tanı, tedavi süreci ve sağkalım sonrası süreçte gelişen Ş ziksel ve psikososyal sorunlar nedeniyle yaşam kalitesi olumsuz etkilenmektedir. Yapılan bu literatür derlemesinde sağ kalan çocuklarda yaşam kalitesi düzeyi ve yaşam kalitesini etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.Yöntem: Literatür tarama PubMed, Medline ve Wiley Intersicience veri tabanları kullanılarak yapılmıştır. 2005-2014 yıllarında İngilizce dilinde yayınlanmış çocukluk çağı kanserlerinden sağkalanların yaşam kalitesini inceleyen 8 çalışma dahil edilmiştir.Bulgular: İncelenen çalışmalarda kızların, santral sisnir sistemi tümörlerinden sağ kalanların, tedavide kranial radyoterapi alanların, sağkalım süresi daha uzun olanların, Ş ziksel ve psikososyal sorunları olanların yaşam kalitelerinin daha düşük olduğu belirlenmiştir. Sonuç: Sağ kalan çocukların genel olarak yaşam kalitelerini iyi tanımladıkları, bununla birlikte Ş ziksel ve psikososyal iyilik halleri ile doğru orantılı olarak düşük yaşam kalitesi açısından risk altında oldukları saptanmıştır
