Fakat bitki bünyesinde ki besin konsantrasyonunu a rttırmıştır.

The effects of mycorrhiza and different iron doses applicati ons on the zinc toxicity

A greenhouse study was conducted to assess the influence of mycorrhiza and iron (Fe ) onphytoavailability of zinc (Zn). Soils was sterilized twice at 120 °C for 15 minutes. Soils thenamended with ZnSO4 at rates of 0, 750 and 1500 mg kg-1. The rates of Fe applied were 0, 3 and 6mg kg-1.Hoagland solution was used as plant nutrients. T he results showed that increasing Znconcentration in soil increased water soluble as well as CaCl2 extractable Zn. Mycorrhiza did nothave any effect on soil Zn. However, it influenced plant nutrient concentrations. Applications ofFe did not have any effect on phytoavailable Zn in soil. Further studies are necassary to establish alink between mycorrhiza and Fe additions on phytoavailability of Zn in soil.
