RUMİNANT RASYONLARINDA YAĞ KULLANIMI

Ülkemizde ruminant rasyonlarının enerji yoğunluğunu artırmak için kullanılan ve ekonomik bir enerji kaynağı olan yağların kullanımı yaygınlaşmaktadır. Uygun miktarda ve korunmuş formda kullanıldığı takdirde besin maddeleri sindirimini olumsuz etkilemeyen yağlar ruminantlarda reprodüksiyon dahil performansı artırmaktadır. Yağların negatif etkilerinin azaltılması için fiziksel ve kimyasal olarak muameleye tabi tutulurlar (korunurlar).
