Sedanter erkeklerde akut ve programlı egzersizin serum apolipoproteinleri ve lipitleri üzerine etkileri

Amaç: Bu çalışma akut ve programlı egzersizin serum lipoproteinleri üzerine etkilerini araştırmak amacıyla yapıldı. Yöntem: Çalışmaya daha önce herhangi bir egzersiz programına katılmamış 19-25 yaşlarında (ort± SS=21.1± 1.9 yıl) 15 gönüllü sedanter erkek denek katıldı. Deneklere 5 hafta süreyle her gün submaksimal koşu (15-20 dk/gün) yaptırıldı. Ayrıca apo B/apo A oranı 5. hafta sonunda önemli derecede düşük bulundu. Diğer parametrelerde ise önemli bir değişiklik gözlenmedi. Sonuç: Programlı egzersizin serum lipoproteinleri üzerine olumlu etkilerinin olduğu düşünüldü.

Effects of acute exercise and physical training on serum apolipoproteins and lipids in sedentary men

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of acute exercise and physical training on serum lipoproteins level of healthy sedentary men. Methods: This study comprised fifteen healthy sedentary volunteers aged 19-25 years (mean ± SD=21.1 ± 1.9 yrs) who had not any programmed physical activity. The subjects run submaximally every day for 5 weeks (15-20 min/day). Serum apo A1, apo B, total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL-cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol levels were determined in blood samples obtained before the exercise, immediately after the first exercise and after completing the 5-week program. Results: The parameters did not show significant difference after acute exercise. Triglycerides and apo B levels decreased significantly whereas HDL-cholesterol increased after the 5-week program. Additionally, the ratio of apo B/apo A decreased significantly at the end of 5th week. The other parameters did not show significant difference. Conclusion: Physical training seemed to have positive effect on serum lipoproteins.
