Merkaptobenzimidazol türevi bir maddenin etkisinde serotonerjik ve dopaminerjik sistemler ile kalsiyum kanal blokerlerinin rolü

Amaç: Bu çalışmada, merkaptobenzimidazol türevi bir maddenin anksiyolitik etkisinde ritanserin, nimodipin, apomorfin ve spiperonun rolü incelenmiştir. Yöntem: BALB/C ırkı farelere ve ırkı belirsiz sıçanlara araştırılan madde, ritanserin, nimodipin, apomorfin ve spiperon yalnız başlarına veya kombinasyon yapılarak intraperitoneal yolla verildi. Anksiyolitik etki konflikt durum ve açık saha testleri ile araştırıldı. Bulgular: Ritanserin ve nimodipin, araştırılan maddenin anksiyolitik etkisini değiştirmemiş ancak, apomorfin ve spiperon, maddenin etkisini önemli oranda azaltmıştır. Sonuç: Araştırılan maddenin etki mekanizmasında dopaminerjik sistemin rolü olduğunu göstermektedir.

The roles of serotonergic and dopaminergic systems and calcium channel blockers in effect of a substance derived from mercaptobenzimidasole

Objective: In this study, it was investigated the role of ritancerine, nimodipine, apomorphine and spiperone on the anxiolytic effect of a substance recently derived from mercaptobenzimidasole. Methods: The substance investigated, ritanserin, nimodipine, apomorphine and spiperone were given intraperitoneally in single or in combination with the substance investigated to others. Anxiolytic effect was investigated with conflict situation and open field tests. Results: Ritancerine and nimodipine did not change the anxiolytic effect of the substance investigated, but apomorphine and spiperone significantly decreased the effect of it. Conclusion: This result suggested that there was a role of dopaminergic system in the effect of the substance investigated.
