Exaggerated plasental site reaksiyon (İki olgu sunumu)

Amaç: Bölümümüzde gördüğümüz iki endometrial küretaj materyalindeki intermediate trofoblastik elemanların benign ve malign proliferasyonlarının ayırıcı tanısını tartışmayı amaçladık. Olgu Sunumu: 29 ve 31 yaşlarındaki iki kadından alınan endometrial küretaj materyallerinde desidual hücreler arasında infiltratif izlenim veren intermediate trofoblastlar görüldü. Sonuç: İntermediate trofoblastların benign ve malign proliferasyonları birbirlerini ve koryokarsinomu taklid edebilir.

Exaggerated placental site reaction (Two case reports)

Objective: We aimed to discuss differential diagnosis of benign and malign proliferations of intermediate trofoblastic cells that we saw in two endometrial curettage in our department. Case Report: In endometrial curettage patterns obtained from two women aged 29 and 31 years, infiltrative intermediate trofoblasts were seen among decidual cells. Conclusion: Benign and malign proliferations of intermediate trofoblasts may imitate each other and coriocarcinoma.
