Joint Venture'a İstekli Olan İşletmelerin Bu Ortaklık Türüne Hazır Olma Düzeyleri (Ankara Örneği)

Firma özellikleriyle Joint-Venture başarı unsurları arasında ve de başarı unsurlarının kendi aralarında bir ilişki olup olmadığını ve böylece firmaların Joint-Venture ' e ne kadar hazır olduklarını saptamak gibi bir amaca sahip olan çalışma 95 firma üzerinde anket uygulanarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Firma özellikleri; faaliyet süresi, personel sayısı, toplam sermaye, ithalat-ihracat durumu ve yüzdesi, ortakların uyrukları ve JV bilinme durumu olup uygun görülen JV başarı unsurları ise; Ortak çıkar ve hedefler, sosyo kültürel açıdan farklılıklar, problemlerin tartışılması, düzenli ve doğru bilgi akışı, yönetime destek verilmesi, güven, yüksek pazarlama ve finansman gücü, en kötü senaryoya bile hazırlıklı olunması, uzun dönemli planlar yapılması ve uluslar arası tecrübeye sahip olunması şeklindedir. Araştırmada genellikle nominal ve ordinal ölçekler kullanılması dolayısıyla ve de verilerin sayısal olmayan veriler olmaları nedeniyle spearman sıra korelasyon yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Sonuçta firma demografik özellikleriyle başarı unsurları arasında ve başarı unsurlarının kendi aralarında düşük korelasyon düzeyli de olsa ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu ilişkilerden yola çıkılarak saptanan önemli bir nokta da Joint Venture 'e niyetli olan firmaların bu ortaklık türüne henüz hazır olmadıklarıdır.

The Level of Willingness of Firms Alliancing Joint Ventures

İn this study following relations between the demographics properties of firms and the factors affecting the success of joint ventures; the relations between the each factors affecting the success of joint ventures, and to determine the adequacy of firms for joint ventures by applying questionnaire for he selected 95 firms are being analyzed. For this purpose analyses firm's characterictics, such as activity period, number of staff, total capital, volume of export-import and percentage, nationality of partners,familiarity of JV, and targets, socio-cultural differences, approach to solving problems, true and systematic information flow, level of support to management, confidence level of marketing and financial ability,readiness to difficult problems, long term plans and international experience. Due to nominal, ordinal scales and qualitative data, this study utilized spearman rank correlation methods. The results show that there is low correlation relation between demographic properties of firms and the factors effecting the success of joint ventures, and also low correlation relation between the factors affecting the success of joint ventures. Finally, statistical results imply that firms willing to establish joint venture are not ready for such a kind of partnership.
