Girişimcilerimizin iş fikri bulma yöntemleri ve iş fikri bulma yöntemlerinin karar verme tarzları ile ilişkisi: Isparta-Burdur girişimcileri üzerinde bir araştırma

Girişimciler girişimcilik sürecinin başında bir iş fikrine karar verip bu iş fikrinin hayata geçirmektedirler. Yerli ve yabancı literatürde girişimcilerin iş fikrini hangi yollarla elde ettikleri konusunda sistematik bir araştırına yoktur. İlk tahlilde girişimcilerin iş fikrine karar vermesi üzerinde bir çok faktör iiıı etkili olduğu ileri sürülebilir. Ancak yapmış olduğumuz araştırma neticesinde, devlet yönlendirmesi, ebeveyn etkisi, pazar araştırması, becerileri dikkate alma, beyin fırtınası, taklitçilik, fırsatçılık ve yatay düşünme olmak üzere sekiz adet yöntemin kullanıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Diğer taraftan, girişimcilerimizin ani, rasyonel, sezgisel, bağımlı ve çekingen karar verme yöntemlerini tercih ettikleri görülmüştür. Yapılan ilişki analizi neticesinde de bağımlı karar verenlerin ebeveyn etkisiyle; sezgisel karar verenlerin yine ebeveyn etkisiyle ve becerilere dönük; akılcı karar verenlerin ise, pazar araştırmasına dayalı ve becerilere dönıtk iş fikri buldukları tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca yapılan tutum farklılığı analizlerine göre; genç girişimcilerin yaşlılara kıyasla yatay düşünmeye ve devlet yönlendirmesine dayalı iş fikri bulmaya, lise mezunlarının orta öğretim mezunlarına kıyasla yatay düşünmeye dayalı iş fikri bulmaya daha eğilimli oldukları görülmüştür.

Business idea detecting methods of our entrepreneurs and the relationship between business idea detecting methods and decision making styles: a research on Isparta-Burdur entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurship is a process which has composed two main phases. In the first phase, entrepereneur candidate make decision about the business and find the business idea. Second phase, the finding business idea has gone to the realization. All hvo phases some factors come into prominence. Such as, in the business idea finding phase to think of imagining and researching the business and predicting of benefits and costs of the business become more of an issue. Also in realization phase, the financial issues come into question.The idea phase which before the beginning of the entrepreneurship will impress the success of enterprise. Feasibility analysis which appearing in business administration literature purposes to determine how a business idea to be realized and to forsee probable success situation of this idea. Therefore, first of all a business idea come into prominence in the core of a enterprise. However, there is not enough systematic researches in the local or foreign literature on how entrepreneurs get business idea. At first glance, many factors can be suggested to make a decision on business idea.Business idea inventing methods and decision-making styles have been made to bring out the sun'ey method was used to collect data in this study. The sample, is the founder of İsparta and Burdur before 20 November 2009 last established 300 business entrepreneurs. This sample of the entrepreneurs, who agreed to a questionnaire, were sun'eyed, 50 entrepreneurs from Burdur and 100 entrepreneurs from İsparta.Applied questionnaire, consists of three parts with two scales and demographic questions. First-scale entrepreneurs of all attempts made so far to find business idea, which was prepared in order to determine the method they use is 30 questions. For answers to the scale of the expressions used to express the Jive intermittent Likert-type metric. "I-Never, 2-Very little, 3-occasionally, 4-Often, 5-continuous" there are five options in the form of answers. The scale has been prepared with the help of literature by the authors. The second scale can be named as the scale of decision-making style. There are 25 questions asked by entrepreneurs for the determination of decision-making styles.
