Arctium minus (Hill.) Bernh. tohumlarında gibberellik asit uygulamasının çimlenme ve alfa-amilaz enzim aktivitesi üzerine etkisi

Arctium minus (Hill) Bernh.

The effect of gibberellic acid alpha-amylase activity and germination of Arctium minus (Hill.) Bernh. seeds

Arctium minus (Hill) Bernh. (Asteraceae) seeds were treated with 10, 100, 1000 ppm gibberellik asit (GA3) and effect of GA3 on the germination and a -amylase activity has been investigated. Germination rates and a - amylase enzyme activity were higher than control in all three concentrations. But 1000 ppm GA3 reduced germination rate and a - amylase activity than others. However, all three concentrations promoted germination and induced a- amylase enzyme activity.
