Makalede bağımsızlık yıllarında yazılmış romanlar ele alınmaktadır. Romanlar yeni fikirleri doğrultusunda konusuna göre gruplandırılmıştır. Konular karşılaştırmalı yönteme göre tarihi romanlar ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Tarihi romanlar ayrıntılı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. İ.Esenberlin ile başlayan Kazak tarihi romanları XX yy. başlayarak çoğalmıştır. Bu durum bağımsızlığın ilk on yılında gözlenmiştir. Bu yüzden makalede tarihi romanların dünyası geniş çapta ele alınmış bağımsızlık düşüncesi ile Kazak halkı nın özellikleri ele alınmaktadır. Tarihi değer ortamında yazarın sanatı ve eserin ana fikri incelenmektedir. 86 yılı aralık ayaklanmaları konularının işlendiği romanlarda insanların yaşamları, ayaklanmalar, açlık, savaş, düşünce arayışları ve sanatsal çözümler ele alınmıştır.

Novels, which were written since the period of gaining independence of the country, are classified according to the theme in the article. Researches in terms of idea and content of modern novels of the contemporary period are reviewed as the main object of study. Moreover, wide-spread themes and related themes of novels are compared and analyzed in the framework of specific novels. The article deeply deals with novels on historical themes. Among Kazakh novels the group of historical novels lead by I. Esenberlin is far ahead in terms of quality and quantity, which is the same about the first decade of Independence. That's why the scope of historical novels, the idea of independence and national message are taken with other types of novels which are close in thematic features. Novels are identified by the clarification of the phenomenon of historicity. The attention is paid to mastery of writer and the beauty of the work. Life of characters of novels, revolution, hunger, war, researches on content and idea about the revolution in 1986s called Zheltoksan, artistic solution are analyzed in the article. The article is dedicated to the novels written after gaining Independence and they are also grouped due to their themes, novels are investigated in terms of idea and content in a new era. Widespread and related themes of novels are compared in the article and analyzed on the basis of the concrete novel.
