Sıçan kremaster kası flep modelinde sigara dumanının mikrosirkülasyon üzerindeki etkisi

Sigaranın flep yaşayabilirliği üzerine olumsuz etkileri olduğu bilinmektedir. Bu çalışmada sigara dumanının flep mikrosirkülasyonu üzerindeki etki mekanizmasının vivo bir modelde araştırdık. Metod: Çalışmada 20 adet erkek sıçan kullanıldı. Sıçanlar deney ve kontrol grupları olarak ikiye ayrıldı. Deney grubundaki sıçanlar otomatik bir sigara içme makinesi yardımı ile üç hafta boyunca pasif içici yapıldılar. Daha sonra, her iki gruptaki sıçanların kremaster kasları hazırlanarak hemodinamik parametreler (arterial ve venüüerdeki eritrosit akım hızı, kopiller dansite, arteriolar ve venüler sistemdeki damar çapları) ve lökosit - endotel ilişkileri (yuvarlanma, yapışma, transmigrasyon, endotelyal kalınlaşma) araştırıldı. Bulguların istatiksel analizi Student t-test ve Pearson korelasyon testi kullanılarak yapıldı.
