Cell Dyn 4000 Hematoloji Analizörü Formül Lökosit Parametrelerinin Mikroskobik Değerlendirme ile Karşılaştırılması

Tam kan sayım ve formül lökosit sonuçlarının hızlı ölçümü, hekimler ve hastalar için çok önemli kolaylık sağlamaktadır. Çoğu hematoloji analizörlerinin hücre sayımı ve formül lökosit değerlerinin güvenilirliği konusunda kuşkular nedeni ile manuel formül lökosit istemleri sıklıkla yapılmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı CELL DYN 4000 analizörü lökosit alt parametrelerini, güvenilir bir yöntem olan mikroskobik değerlendirme ile karşılaştırmaktır. Yöntem: Ardışık 450 çocuğa ait 614 kan örneğinde Cell Dyn 4000 analizörü sonuçları ile mikroskobik değerlendirme sonucu elde edilen lökosit alt parametrelerini karşılaştırdık. Comparison of Differential Leukocyte Counts in Cell Dyn 4000 Analyser and Microscobic Examination

Recently, the rapid availability of the results of complete blood count (CBC) could provide considerable advantage for both patients and clinicians. Many automated hematology counting has replaced manual microscopic counting, but not achieved widespread acceptance in routine practice. The aim of this study was to compare with differential leukocyte counts in microscopic examination and CELL DYN 4000 analyzer. Methods: The differential leukocyte counts of CBC by Cell Dyn 4000 autoanalyzer and microscopic examination were evaluated in 450 consecutive children with 614 samples.
