Serum vitamin D levels in sheep with caseous Lymphadenitis

Bu çal ı ş mada kazeöz lenfadenitis belirlenen koyunlarda hematolojik ve biyokimyasal parametrelerile serum 25(OH) D vitamin düzeylerinin ara ş tı rı lmas ı amaçlanm ı ş tı r. Çal ı ş manı n materyalinibesleme ş artları ayn ı olan 10 adet sa ğ l ı kl ı (kontrol grubu) ve 14 adet kazeöz lenfadenitisli (hastagrubu) olmak üzere toplam 24 adet koyundan al ı nan kan serumları ve apse içerikleri olu ş turdu.Kazeöz lenfadenitisli koyunlarda serum 25(OH) vitamin D seviyesinin istatistiki olarak anlaml ıderecede kontrol grubundan dü ş ük oldu ğ u belirlendi. In this study, in sheep with caseous lymphadenitis, serum 25(OH) vitamin D levels were studied forhematologic and biochemical parameters. Material of the study is composed of blood serum andabscess samples taken from 10 healthy (control group) sheep and 14 sheep that had caseouslymphadenitis, all of whose breeding conditions were the same.
