Merkepte (Equus asinus L.) karaciğer ve dalağın arteriyel vaskülarizasyonu

Çal ı ş ma 10 adet merkebin karaci ğ er ve dala ğ ı n ı n arteriyel vaskülarizasyonunu belirlemek içinyap ı ld ı . Ara ş tı rmada lateks yard ı m ı ile diseksiyon yöntemi uyguland ı . Karaci ğ erin a. celiacadanorijin alan a. hepatican ı n r. hepaticus isimli dal ı tarafı ndan vaskülarize edildi ğ i saptand ı . A.hepatican ı n a. celiacadan ayrı ld ı ktan 7-8 cm sonra r. hepaticusu verdi ğ i ve bu dal ı nda hepar ı nviseral yüzünde da ğ ı ld ı ğ ı belirlendi. Dala ğ ı n vaskülarizasyonunun da a. celiacan ı n bir di ğ er dal ıolan a. lienalisin rr. splenici isimli dal ı ile sa ğland ı ğ ı tespit edildi.

Arterial vascularisation of liver and spleen in donkey (Equus asinus L.)

The present study was performed to determine the arterial vascularisation of liver and spleen of 10donkeys. In the research, the dissection method by the aid of latex was used. It was detected thatliver was vascularised by the r. hepaticus branched from a. hepatica which was originated from a.celiaca. It was determined that a. hepatica was coursed 7-8 cm after originating from a. celiacaand give r. hepaticus which was spreaded to the visceral part of liver. It was also detected thatspleen was vascularised rr. splenici branched from a. lienalis which was the other branch of a.celiaca.
