Parvoviral Enteritisli Köpeklerde Total Oksidan-Antioksidan
Durum ile Oksidatif Stres İndeksinin DeğerlendirilmesiBu çalışmada, parvoviral enteritisli köpeklerde total oksidan-antioksidan durum ile oksidatifstress indeksindeki değişimin belirlenmesi ve mortalite ile ilişkisinin ortaya koyulmasıamaçlandı. Çalışmada 30 parvoviral enteritisli köpek ile 6 sağlıklı köpek kullanıldı. Parvoviralenteritisli köpekler ölen ve hayatta kalan olmak üzere iki gruba ayrıldı. Tüm köpeklerin rutinklinik muayeneleri yapıldıktan sonra kan analizleri için 3 mL kan alındı. Evaluation of Total Oxidant-Antioxidant Status and Oxidative Stress Index in Dogs with Parvoviral Enteritis
In this study, it was aimed to determine the change of total oxidant-antioxidant status and oxidative stress index in the dogs with parvoviral enteritis and to show their relation with mortality. 30 dogs with parvoviral enteritis and 6 healthy dogs were used in the study. The dogs with parvoviral enteritis were divided into two groups as the surviving and death. After routine clinical examinations of all the dogs were performed, 3 mL of blood was collected for blood analysis.
