Bakır Sülfat Toksisitesi Oluşturulan Ratlarda Krisin ve Fluniksin Meglumin’in Kan Parametreleri Üzerine Etkileri
Bu araştırma, aşırı bakıra maruz bırakılmış ratlarda krisin ve fluniksin meglumin’in, bazı kanparametreleri üzerine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı. Araştırmada bireysel olarak barındırılan36 adet erkek Sprague-Dawley rat; Kontrol, Bakır Sülfat (Cu, 500 ppm canlı ağırlık (BW)/gün,gavaj), Fluniksin Meglumin (FM; 2,2 ppm BW/gün, periton içi (ip)), Krisin (Krisin, 50 ppm BW/gün,gavaj), Bakır Sülfat+Fluniksin Meglumin (Cu+FM; 500 ppm BW/gün bakır sülfat, gavaj ve 2,2 ppmBW/gün fluniksin meglumin, ip) ve Bakır Sülfat+Krisin (Cu+Krisin 500 ppm BW/gün bakır sülfat,gavaj ve 50 ppm BW/gün krisin, gavaj) olarak rastgele altı gruba ayrıldı. Effects of Flunixin Meglumine and Chrysin on Some Blood Parameters of Rats with Induced Copper Sulphate Toxicity
This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of chrysin and flunixin meglumine on some blood parameters in rats exposed to excess copper. Thirty-six Sprague Dawley male rats were housed in individual cages and randomly divided into six groups; Control, Copper Sulphate (Cu; 500 ppm body weight (BW/day, gavage), Flunixin Meglumine (FM; 2.2 ppm BW/day, intraperitoneal injection (ip)), Chrysin (Chrysin; 50 ppm BW/day, gavage), Copper Sulphate+Flunixin Meglumine (Cu+FM; 500 ppm BW/day of copper sulphate, gavage and 2.2 ppm BW/day of flunixin meglumine, ip) and Copper Sulphate+Chrysin (Cu+Chrysin; 500 ppm BW/day of copper sulphate, gavage and 50 ppm BW/day of chrysin, gavage).
