Keklik (alectoris chukar) harder bezi üzerine histolojik ve histokimyasal çalışmalar

Bu çalışmada keklik (Alectoris chukar) Harder bezinin histolojik yapı ve histokimyasal özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Servikal dislokasyon yöntemiyle ötenazi uygulanan 4 adet erişkin kekliğin (Alectoris chukar) Harder bezleri alındı. Uygulanan histokimyasal boyama yöntemleri sonucunda korpus glandulayı oluşturan hücrelerde karboksilatlı, O- sülfat esterli ve sülfatlı mukosubstansın güçlü yoğunlukta reaksiyon verdiği gözlendi. Primer ve merkezi kanal hücrelerinde asidik, karboksilatlı ve nötral mukosubstansın orta yoğunlukta olduğu belirlendi. Merkezi kanal mukus hücrelerinin mukosubstans içeriğinin ise asidik karakterde olduğu saptandı.

Histological and histochemical studies on the harderian gland of partridge (alectoris chukar)

In this study, it was aimed to determine histological structure and histochemical features of Harderian gland of partridge (Alectoris chukar). The Harderian glands of 4 adult partridge were taken after euthanasia by cervical dislocation method. As a result of the applied histochemical methods, it was observed that carboxylated, O-sulfated esters and sulfated mucosubstances gave strong reaction in the corpus glandula epithelial cells. While acidic, carboxylated and neutral mucosubstance were moderate in the primary and central. Mucosubstance content was acidic character in the central canal mucus cells.
