Mycoplasma Argininiand Mannheimia haemolyticaInfection in the Kids with Fibrinous Pneumonia

The aim of this study was to determine the etiology in the kids showing signs of respiratory disease. The samples taken from the kids died in Bingol province werethe material of the study. The necropsies of dead kids was held in Bingol University, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Pathology. Fibrinous pneumonia findings wereobserved in the histopathological examination. At the same time, blood, stomach contents, intestine, kidney, lung and liver samples were taken and examined in the laboratory. Lung, kidney andliver tissue samples were found Mycoplasma positive, but Mannheimia haemolyticawas observed only in the lung. After detecting Mycoplasma,DNAsequenceswere analyzed.Consequently, Mycoplasmaargininiand Mannheimia haemolyticaweredetermined as causative agent of respiratory disease in this case.
