Ellajik Asidin Pullu Sazan (Cyprinus carpio)’da BazıHematolojik Parametrelere Olan Etkisi

Bu çalışmada, yeme farklı oranlarda katılan ellajik asidin pullu sazanda (Cyprinus carpio) bazıhematolojik parametrelere etkisini araştırmak amaçlandı. Balıklar bir kontrol ve üç farklı düzeydeellajik asit içeren (50, 100 ve 200 mg/kg yem) yemlerle 60 gün süresince beslendi. Çalışmanın 30.ve 60. günlerinde hematolojik değerler [eritrosit ve lökosit sayısı, hemoglobin ve hematokrit düzeyive eritrosit indeksleri: Ortalama eritrosit hacmi (MCV); ortalama eritrosit hemoglobin (MCH);ortalama eritrosit hemoglobini konsantrasyonu (MCHC)] analiz edildi. Ellajik asitle beslenengrupların eritrosit ve lökosit sayıları, hemoglobin ve hematokrit düzeyleri kontrol grubuylakıyaslandığında arttı (P0.05). Sonuç olarak, ellajik asit balıklarda bir immunostimülanolarak kullanılabilir.

Effect of Ellagic Acid on Some Hematological Parameters in Scaly Carp (Cyprinus carpio)

In the present study,it was aimed to investigate the effects of various levels of dietary ellagic acidon haematological values in scaly carp (Cyprinus carpio). Fish were fed with the control diet andthree different experimental diets containing three different levels of ellagic acid (50, 100 and 200mg $kg^{-1}$ diet) for 60 days. On the 30th and 60th days of the experiment, the haematological values[red and white blood cell counts, haemoglobin and haematocrit levels and erythrocyte indices:Mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular haemoglobin (MCH) and mean corpuscularhaemoglobin concentration (MCHC)] were analysed.The red and white blood cell counts,haemoglobin and haematocrit levels increased in the groups fed with ellagic acid when comparedwith the control group. However, there were no significant differences in the erythrocyte indicesamong the groups.
