Akut Ruminal Laktik Asidozisli Koyunlarda Akut Faz Protein Yanıtı

Bu çalışma akut laktik asidozisli koyunlarda pozitif akut faz proteinlerindeki değişimi belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada 10 adet rumen asidozisli ve 10 adet sağlıklı koyundan oluşan toplam 20 adet koyun kullanılmıştır. Çalışmadaki tüm koyunların v. jugularis'lerinden kan örneği alınmış ve kısa sürede analizleri yapılmıştır. Serum amiloid A (SAA), Haptoglobin (Hp) ve C-reaktif protein (CRP) gibi akut faz proteinlerinin düzeyleri ELISA ile uygun ticari kitler kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. SAA ve Hp düzeyleri bakımından akut laktik asidozisli grupla kontroller arasında önemli farklılıklar (P

Acute Phase Protein Response in the Sheep with Acute Ruminal Lactic Acidosis

This study was conducted to determine the change in the positive acute phase proteins in sheep with acute ruminal lactic acidosis. The study was performed on 20 sheep consisting of 10 sheep with ruminal acidosis and 10 healthy controls. Blood samples were taken from the jugular vein of the animals and analyzed as soon as possible. The levels of acute phase proteins such as serum amyloid A (SAA), haptoglobulin (Hp) and C-reactive protein (CRP) were determined by ELISA using appropriate commercial test kits. Although the significant differences (P
