The idea of difference sequence space was introduced by Kızmaz [l], and this concept was generalized by Et-Colak [2], In this paper we define some generalized difference sequence spaces by using an Orlicz function and examine some properties of these spaces. 2000 AMS : 40A05, 40C05, 46A45
