Siyasal istikrar açısından başkanlık ve parlamenter sistemler

Bu çalışmada başkanlık ve parlamenter sistemler siyasal istikrar açısından ana- liz edilmekte ve sistem türü ile istikrar arasındaki ilişkinin tayin edici olmadığı; siyasal istikrarın daha çok anayasal temeller üzerinde uzlaşma, gelir dağılımı, ideolojik kutuplaşma, toplumsal parçalanma gibi daha derin nedenlere bağlı olduğu ileri sürülmektedir.

Presidential and parliamentary systems in terms of political stability

In this study, presidential and parliamentary systems are analyzed in terms of political stability and it is argued that the type of the system (presidential or parliamentary) is not the decisive factor in political stability rather it depends on deeper factors such as consensus on the constitutional foundations, ideological polari- zations, social divisions, and state of the income distribution in society.
