Çin ekonomisinde para ve döviz politikası

Bugün küresel krizin büyüklüğü ve yol açtığı belirsizlikler ve riskler, ciddi ekonomik, sosyal ve politik sorunlara yol açmaktadır. Küresel krizin yol açacağı yeni ekonomik düzen yanında, dünya ekonomisiyle bütünleşmesi ve Dünya Ticaret Örgütü’ne olan taahhütleri de dikkate alındığında Çin’i gelecekte zor günler beklemektedir. Önümüzdeki günlerde ABD dolarının diğer paralar karşısında değer kaybetmeye devam etmesi ve Çin’le olan dış ticaret açıkları düşünüldüğünde Renminbinin değer kazanması üzerinde baskılar artacaktır. Bu çalışmada Çin ekonomisinin piyasa ekonomisine geçiş sürecinde özellikle döviz kuru ve para politikası bağlamında karşı karşıya kaldığı problemler incelenecektir. Bu çalış- mada Çin ekonomisinde finans ve bankacılık sisteminin temel özellikleri, para politikasının evrimi, para politikasının hedefleri ve gerçekleşme sonuçları ve döviz kuru ve para politikasının karşılaştığı temel sorunlar analiz edilmeye çalışılacaktır. Çalışma, bir değerlendirmeyle sonuçlandırılacaktır.

Monetary and foreign exchange policy in the chinese economy

Nowadays, the size of economic crisis and its uncertainties and risks are cau- sing serious economic, social and political problems. Beside the new economic order which caused by global crisis, considered the integration with world eco- nomy and its commitments to World Trade Organization, China will witness hard times in the future. In the days to come, considering that U.S dollar will depreci- ate against other currencies and the foreign trade deficit of Unites States aga- inst China, the pressures on the appreciation of Renminbinin will increase. In this study, the problems of Chinese economy face to, especially in the context of the exchange rate and monetary policy will be examined. This study analyses the main characteristics of banking and financial systems, the evolution of mo- netary policy, the objectives of monetary policy and its realization outcomes and the main problems of exchange rate and monetary policy in Chinese economy. This study will conclude with an evalution.
