Örgütsel öğrenme ve inovasyon ilişkisi: Büyük ölçekli işletmelerde bir araştırma

Bu çalışma, örgütsel öğrenme ve inovasyon arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu amaçla çalışmanın teorik kısmında öncelikle örgütsel öğrenme ve inovasyonkavramları ve bu kavramlar arasındaki ilişki üzerinde durulmuş, sonrasında ise değişkenler oda- ğında yapılan çeşitli araştırmaların bulguları aktarılmıştır. Çalışmanın uygulama kısmında iseörgütsel öğrenme ile inovasyon arasındaki ilişkiyi test etmek amacıyla İstanbul Sanayi Odası (İSO) tarafından 2009 yılı üretimden satış rakamları baz alınarak belirlenen Türkiyenin en büyük500 ve en büyük ikinci 500 sanayi kuruluşu örnekleminde bir araştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Alanaraştırmasından elde edilen bulgular örgütsel öğrenme ile inovasyon arasında anlamlı ve pozitifyönlü bir ilişki olduğunu ortaya koymuştur.

The relationship between organizational learning and innovation: A study at the large-sized businesses

This research has been done to examine the relationship between organizational learningand innovation. Firstly, the theoretical part of research focuses on the concepts of organizationallearning and innovation and relationships between these concepts. Then, findings of differentstudies performed within the framework of variables are shown. In the practice part, the researchconducted by Istanbul Chamber of Industry in 2009 and considering production sales figures areimplemented in the largest five hundred and the second five hundred industrial establishments ofTurkey so as to determine the relationship between organizational learning and innovation. Findings obtained from field study indicates significant and positive relationships between organizational learning and innovation
