Günümüz küresel rekabet ortamında işletme performansının ölçülmesi; işletme varlığının ve pazar payının korunması bağlamında giderek önemini artırmaktadır. Etkin bir performans ölçüm sistemine sahip olan işletmelerin olmayanlara göre daha dinamik bir yapıya sahip oldukları görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada, performans ölçüm sistemleri tasarımının önemi ortaya konmuştur. Araştırmadan elde edilen verilerin istatistiksel analizleri tablolar yardımıyla açıklanmaya çalışılmış ve kuramsal ve amprik bulguların ışığında işletme yöneticilerine birtakım önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Nowadays in the global competitive world performance of company’s measurement gets importance gradually in the sense of existence of the company and its market rate. It is seen that the company which has an effective measurement system is more dynamic. In this work the importance of performance measurement system is focused. The data gained through a study is explained by the help of the statistical analysis tables and in the light of theoretical and empirical data, some suggestions are given to managers of the companies.
