Örgütsel sosyalleşme taktiklerinin sosyalleşme çıktıları üzerindeki etkisine yönelik bir araştırma

Bu çalışmanın amacı, örgütsel sosyalleşme taktiklerinin sosyalleşme çıktıları üzerindekietkilerini araştırmaktır. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden anket yöntemi kullanılarak verilerelde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre organizasyonel sosyalleşme taktikleri (kurumsal sosyalleşmetaktikleri-bireysel sosyalleşme taktikleri) ile sosyalleşme çıktıları arasında anlamlı pozitif bir ilişkivardır. Araştırma sonuçları, her iki sosyalleşme taktiğininde (kurumsal ve bireysel sosyalleşmetaktikleri), çalışanların organizasyona bağlılığını, iş doyumunu, rol çatışmasını, rol belirliliğini anlamlıdüzeyde etkilediğini göstermektedir. Özellikle organizasyonel belirsizliği azaltan ve kendinigeliştirmeye imkân veren taktiklerin iş doyumu ve örgütsel bağlılık üzerinde önemli bir etkisinin olduğugörülmektedir.

The ımpact of the organızatıonal socıalızatıon tactıcs on socıalızatıon outcomes

The aim of the study was to examine the impact of the organizational socialization onsocialization tactics. Quantitive research method was used in the study and the survey data werecollected by using questionnaire forms. According to the result of research, there is a significantrelationship between organizational socialization tactics and socialization outputs. The findings suggestthat the tactics effects person’ organizational commitment, job satisfaction, role conflict and role clarityat significant level. Especially, the tactics that reduce organizational uncertainty and support self- investiture have an important impact on job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
