Musculi lumbricales: Kliniğe yönelik morfometrik bir çalışma

Amaç: Musculi lumbricales m.flexor digitorum profundus'un tendonlarından doğar ve parmakların aponeurosis dorsalis'ine tutunur. Birinci ve ikinci m.lumbricalis unipennat, üçüncü ve dördüncü m.lumbricalis bipennattır. Çalışmamızın amacı mm.lumbricales'in origo ve insersiyolarında gözlenen varyasyonları morfometrik veriler sunarak açıklamaktır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmamızda formalin ile fikse edilmiş erişkin insan kadavralarından elde edilen 60 üst ekstremite kullanıldı. Bulgular: M.lumbricalis I, II, III ve IV'ün en sık gözlenen tipinin Tip a olduğu belirlendi. Olguların çoğunda m.lumbricalis I (% 100) ve m.lumbricalis II (% 97) unipennat, m.lumbricalis III (%73) ve m.lumbricalis IV (%83) bipennat olarak belirlendi. Ortalama kas+tendon uzunluğu L1 için 80 mm, L2 için 82 mm, L3 için 75 mm, L4 için 63 mm olarak hesaplandı. Sonuç: Musculi lumbricalis flap uygulamaları için uygun özelliklere sahiptir.

Objective: The lumbrical muscles arise from the four profundus tendons and insert into the dorsal aponeurosis of the fingers. The first and the second lumbricals are unipenniform, the third and the fourth are bipenniform. The aim of this study is to explain the origin and insertion variations of the lumbrical muscels by giving morphometric measurments. Material and method: In our study 60 formalin fixed adult human cadavers were used. Results: It was determined that the most common type of the lumbrical muscle I, II, III and IV was Type a. Generally it was seen the first (100%) and the second (97%) lumbricals were unipenniform, the third (73%) and the fourth (83%) lumbricals were bipenniform. The mean muscle+tendon length of the L1 was 80mm, the L2 was 82 mm, the L3 was 75mm and the L4 was 63mm. Conclusion: Lumbrical muscles have appropriate properties for the flap applications.
