Bu çalışma totalitarizmin ideolojik kökenlerini ve toplumsal inşa/düzenleme araçlarını incelemektedir. Çalışma doğal olarak totalitarizme bir ahlak, ideoloji, sosyal ilişki ve siyasal bir sistem, kısaca hayatın tümüne yansıyan bir sistem olarak, onun felsefi şartlarını ve ilkelerini ele almaktadır. Çalışma totalitarizmi oluşturan ve onu diğer siyasal sistemlerden ayıran temel ilkeleri incelemektedir. Çalışma totalitarizmin temel ilkeleri olarak statükonun haklılaştırılması, kendi dışındakileri ret/ötekinin yaratılması ve sosyal, siyasal ve ekonomik mühendis olarak toplumun topyekün inşasını incelemektedir. Çalışma totalitarizmin toplumu kurmasının, düzenlemesinin araçları olarak ideoloji, mitoloji, liderlik, eğitim, bilim-bilgi, bürokrasi, teknokrasi ve ekonomiyi analiz etmektedir.

This study examines ideological origins and ordering means of totalitarianism. Naturally it deals with philosophical circumstances which established totalitarianism as an ethic, ideology, social relation and a political system, in short as a mode reflecting totally to daily life. This study concerns with primary principles that construct totalitarianism and separates it from other political systems. The study examines principles of totalitarianism.These principles are justification of status quo, creation and exclusion of “others”, and reconstruction of society in terms of social, economic and political engineering. The dissertation, in detail, examines means of totalitarianism. The ideology, mythology, heroism, charisma, leadership, science-knowledge, education, bureaucracy, technocracy and economy are defined and criticised as constructive and ordering means of totalitarianism
