Bir amiyoplazia konjenita vakası

Amiyoplazia konjenita, artrogripozis multipleks konjenitanın (multipl konjenital eklem kontraktür sendromu) bir alt grubudur. Bu sendrom, ekstremite kaslarının yerine yağ dokusu vefibröz dokunun geçmesi ile karakterize sporadik bir hastalıktır. Klinik olarak, eklemlerde genellikle fleksiyon, nadiren ekstansiyon tarzında multipl kontraktürler ile birlikte kaslarda zayıflık vardır. Hastalıklı çocukların multidisipliner bir tedaviye gereksinimleri vardır ve çoğu tedaviden yarar görür. Ender görülen bu hastalığın etiyolojisi bilinmemektedir. Bu yazıda amiyoplazia konjenitanın tüm bulgularına sahip bir vaka sunulmuştur.

A case with amyoplasia congenita

Amyoplasia congenita is a subgroup of arthrogryposis multiplex congenita (multiple congenital'jointcontractures syndrome). It is a sporadic syndrome characterized by the absence of limb muscles which are replaced by fibrous and fatty tissue. The etiology of this rare disorder is unknown. Clinically, patients have multiple contractures of joints, which are fixed inflexion or less commonly in extention, accompanied by wasting of muscles. A multidisciplinary approach is essential in the treatment of this syndrome and mast children with amyoplasia have the potential for good outcome. A case with all the futures of amyoplasia congenita is reported.
