65 YAŞ ÜSTÜNDEKİ BİREYLERİN AĞRI KESİCİ KULLANIM SIKLIĞI VE ÖZELLİKLERİ

Amaç: Yaşlılarda kronik ağrı ile baş etmede SOAİİ çok sıklıkla kullanılmaktadır. Diğer ilaç grupları ile uzun süreli ve kontrolsüz kullanıldığında yan etki oranları artmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Yozgat ilinde 65 yaş üstü hastaların SOAİİ ne tür ilacı kullandıkları, ne sıklıkla ve doktor kontrolü olup olmadığı belirlemek istedik.Metod: Bozok Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Fiziksel Tıp ve Rehabilitasyon polikliniğine başvuran 65 yaş üstü hastalar dahil edildi. Hastalar yaşlarına göre 4 gruba ayrıldı. Olguların, kullanılan analjezik ilaç seçimi, ne kadar süredir kullandığı, doktor kontrolü olup olmadığı kayıt edildi. Bulgular: Çalışmaya 65 yaş üstü 160 erkek 308 bayan toplam 468 hasta alındı. 65-70 yaş arasında toplam 304, 70-75 yaş arasında toplam 86, 75-80 arası toplam 58, 80-85 arası toplam 20 kişi çalışmaya alındı. 65-70 yaş arasında en yüksek olarak 141 (%46,4) kişi SOAİİ ve parasetamol, sadece SOAİİ kullananların sayısı 103 %33,9 du. 70-75 yaş arasında en yüksek 53 (%61,6) kişi SOAİİ ve parasetamol ve sadece SOAİİ kullananların sayısı 20 %23,3 du. 75-80 yaş arasında en yüksek 28 (%48,3) kişi SOAİİ ve parasetamolu ve sadece SOAİİ kullananların sayısı 15 %25,9 du. 80-85 yaş arasında opioid ve SOAİİ ve parasetamol kullanımı 6 kişi ( %30) olup en yüksek dı. Sadece SOAİİ kullananların sayısı 5( %25) dı. Sonuç: Hastaya olabildiğince kontrollü, yararlı ve kolay uygulanabilir, yan etki ve ilaç etkileşimleri en aza indirgenmiş bir ilaç şeması düzenlenmesi gerekmektedir.

The Frequency and Characteristics of Painkiller Usage of Individuals Over 65 Years Old

Aim: NSAIDs are frequently used in the elderly to cope with chronic pain. Adverse effect rates are increased when used with other drug groups for long periods and uncontrolled use. In this study, we wanted to determine over the 65 years old patients in the Yozgat province how often use NSAID without supervision of the doctor and determine the frequency of this uncontrolled use Material and Methods: Bozok University Medical Faculty Patients over 65 years old who were referred to the physical medicine and rehabilitation polyclinic were included. Patients were divided into 4 groups according to their age. The cases were recorded using the analgesic drug used, how much they used, whether or not they were physician-controlled.Results: A total of 468 patients (160 males and 308 females) over 65 years of age were included in the study. Among the 65-70 age group were the highest 141 (46.4%) persons use SOAİİ and paracetamol, only NSAİD users 103 (33.9 %). Among the 70-75 age group were the highest 53 (61.6%) persons use NSAİD and paracetamol, and only NSAİD users 20% 23.3. Among the 75-80 age group were the highest 28 (48.3%) persons use NSAİD and paracetamol, and only NSAİD users 20 (%23.3). The use of opioids and NSAİD and paracetamol among 20 persons aged 8085 years was the highest 6 (30%) person and was. Only the number of NSAİİ users is 5 (25%). Conclusion: It is necessary to arrange a drug scheme that is as controlled as possible, beneficial and easy to administer to the patient, with the most reduced side effects and drug interactions being minimized.
