Sorunlu Kredi Transferi ve Fiyatlaması Üzerine Bir Çalışma

Gelişmiş ülkelerde olduğu kadar gelişmekte olan ülkelerde de oldukça önemli hale gelen ve bankacılık sektörünün sağlığı ile ilgili önemli göstergelerden olan sorunlu krediler (non-performing loans- NPL) kendine özgü yapısı ile diğer varlık türlerinden önemli farklılıklar gösterir. Bir risk transfer aracı olarak bankaların son yıllarda sıklıkla başvurdukları sorunlu kredi satışları da diğer piyasalara kıyasla oldukça ilginç özellikleri olan ve Akerlof tarzı bilgi asimetrisinin çok önem kazandığı piyasalardır. Bu açıdan bakıldığında sorunlu kredilerin gerek ortaya çıkma nedenleri gerek transferi gerekse fiyatlaması incelenme ihtiyacı olan fenomenlerdir. Bu çalışmada sorunlu kredilerin kaynakları, transferi ve fiyatlaması kendine özgü koşullar içerisinde incelenmeye çalışılmıştır

A Study On The NPL Transfer and Pricing

NPLs in developing countries as well as in developed countries has become very important in recent years and has been perceived as one of the important indicators to the health of the banking sector.NPLs with the peculiar structure vary significantly from other asset types. NPL sales that banks often apply as a risk transfer tool In recent years are markets which have very interesting features compared to other markets and are Akerlof-style markets where information asymmetries are very important. From this perspective the reasons for emergence of NPLs, its transfer and pricing are phenomena that need examination. In this study, NPL's resources, transfer and pricing have been studied in the specific circumstances
