Karadeniz'de Değişen Dinamikler: Bulgaristan ve Romanya'nin Rolleri

1990’lı yıllar boyunca hakkında çok fazla söz edilmeyen Karadeniz bölgesi, son yıllarda Amerika ve Avrupa Birliği gibi uluslararası aktörlerin ilgisini daha çok çekmeye başlamıştır. Gelecekte Türkiye ile Rusya Federasyonu’nun yanı sıra, Amerika ve Avrupa Birliği’nin de, Karadeniz bölgesinin önemli aktörleri olacakları ortadadır. Bu makalede, önce Karadeniz bölgesinde değişen dinamikler hakkında bilgiler verilmekte, ardından, Bulgaristan ve Romanya’ya biçilen rollere ve bu iki ülkenin Amerika ve Avrupa Birliği’nden beklentilerine bakılmaktadır.

The Changing Dynamics of the Balck Sea: The Roles of Romania and Bulgaria

In recent years Black sea region has been drawing more attention from international actors such as the United States and the European Union, in comparison to the 1990s when the region was not mentioned of so frequently. It’s obvious that in the future, together with Turkey and the Russian Federation, the US and the European Union are going to be important actors in the Black sea region. In this article we initially analyze the changed dynamics of the Black Sea region. Following this, the roles given to Bulgaria and Romania and the consequent expectations of these countries from the US and the European Union are discussed.
