Kişi-Örgüt Uyumu, Zorunlu Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı ve Lider-Üye Etkileşimi İlişkisi
Öz
Bu çalışmanın amacı kişi-örgüt uyumunun zorunlu örgütsel
vatandaşlık davranışı üzerindeki etkisinde lider-üye etkileşiminin aracı
etkisinin incelenmesidir. Araştırma verileri, Manisa ilinde faaliyet gösteren bir
üretim işletmesinin 450 çalışanından 297’sine yapılan anket ile elde
edilmiştir. Elde edilen bu veriler SPSS ve AMOS programları kullanılarak analiz
edilmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonucunda; kişi-örgüt uyumunun zorunlu örgütsel
vatandaşlık davranışını olumsuz, lider-üye etkileşimini ise olumlu etkilediği,
lider-üye etkileşiminin ise zorunlu örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışını olumsuz
etkilediği bulunmuştur. Diğer yandan, lider-üye etkileşiminin kişi-örgüt uyumu ile zorunlu
örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasındaki ilişkide kısmi aracı etkisinin olduğu
tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan literatür araştırması sonucunda bu üç kavramın bir
arada incelendiği çok az sayıda çalışma olduğu görülmüş dolayısıyla bu
çalışmanın literatüre katkısının olacağı düşünülmüştür.
