Sağ alt lobda konjenital lober amfizem

Konjenital lober amfizem, yenidoğan ve infantlarda değişik derecede solunum sıkıntısına neden olan, nadir görülen konjenital bir hastalıktır. Genellikle üst loblar veya sağ orta lobda görülür. Acil cerrahi müdahale gereklidir ve çoğunlukla hayat kurtarıcıdır. Bu makalede dispne, siyanoz ve ciddi infantil Respiratuvar Distres Sendromu olan konjenital lober amfizemli 25 günlük bir infantı yayınladık. Etkilenen lob, sağ akciğer alt lobdu. Bu loba rezeksiyon uygulanarak şifa elde edildi.

Congenital lobar emphysema in right lower lobe

Congenital lobar emphysema is an uncommon disease affecting newborns and infants with varying degrees of respiratory distress. Most frequently upper lobes or the right lobe are involved. Urgent lobectomy is usually required and lifesaving. One infant aged 25 days, with congenital lobar emphysema whose main symptoms included dyspnea, cyanosis and severe Infant Respiratory Distress Syndrome was presented in this paper. The affected lobe was the right lower lobe. Resection of the affected lobe was performed with good results.
