Herşeyin başı sağlık olarak algılanan ülkemizde, sağlık sisteminin en önemli unsuru hastanelerdir. Hastane hizmetinin kalitesini ölçen çalışmalardan biri olan hasta tatmin araştırması ibn-i Sina hastanesinde 309 poliklinik hastası ile yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler % olarak ve χ2 testi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuçta genel olarak iyi algılanan hastane hizmetlerinin bu tür çalışmalar yoluyla daha iyiye gitmesinin sağlanması yararlı olacağı kanısına varılmıştır.

In our country where is considered as the outmost importance, hospitals constitute the mayor significant part in the health system. Patient satisfaction Research, which is on effective way to see whether the hospital services are sufficiently of high quality, has been conducted a in ibn-i Sina Hospital upon 309 polyclinic patients. The data obtained from the results of the research was evaluated with percentages and the χ2 test. As a result, the final opinion has been reached that this sort of studies will help the hospital services, which has already been perceived as good on the whole, improve remorhobly.
