Ektopik vajinal üreter tanısında pyelogram fazında çekilen bilgisayarlı tomografinin önemi

On yaşında hasta, yıllardır süren, günde 1 ped kadar vajinal ıslanma yakınması ile hastanemize başvurdu. Bunun dışında herhangi bir yakınması yoktu. İşeme deseni, fizik muayene bulguları ve laboratuar testleri normaldi. Daha önce intravenöz ürografi ve bilgisayarlı tomografi ile incelenen ancak yalnızca bilgisayarlı tomografik ürografi ile tanısı konulan bu olgu sunulmaktadır.

The importance of pyelography phase computed tomography in the diagnosis of ectopic vaginal ureter

A ten-year-old female patient was admitted to the hospital with vaginal wetting of one pad a day for seviral years. The patient had no other complaints. Her mietwatien pattern and the findings of physical examination and laboratory studies were normal. A case, previously evaluated with intravenous urography and computer tomography but whose diagnosis was established only through computer tomographic urography has been presented.
