Timolipoma nadir görülen mediastinal neo plazmdır. Burada asemptomatik olup,sağ hemitoraksın yaklaşık 1/3 'ünü kaplayan ve sağ torakotomi ile total esizyon yapılan dev timolipoma olgusu sunuldu.

A case of giant thymolipoma

Thymolipoma is a rare seen condition of mediastinal neoplazm. We present a giant thymolipoma case; which was asymptomatic although filling one third of right hemithoracic and the lesion was total exited by right thoracotomy.
