Kronik ruptürler her an masif kanamaya yol açabileceklerinden acil cerrahi tedavi gerektirirler. Biz bu yazıda 31 yaşındaki erkek hastada, aortik greft kullanılarak onarılan anevrizmanın anostomoz lokalizasyonunda oluşan nadir rastlanan bir kronik ruptür olgusunun BT anjiografi ile tanısını sunuyoruz.
Erosion of thoracal vertebra by a chronic contained rupture after implantation of a prosthetic aortic graft
Chronic contained rupture of aortic aneurysm is a rare entity but important subset of ruptured aneurysms. The resultant pseudoaneurysmal sac may rarely cause extensive vertebral erosion. Chronic contained ruptures may undergo massive hemorrahage at any time, therefore rapid surgical repair is indicated. Here we describe an unusual case of a 31-years-old man with chroniccontained rupture of a thoracal descendan aortic aneurysm at the site of prior graft repair of the aneurysm diagnosing by CT angiography.
