The importance of systemic physical examination in Anesthesia: Case report

Detailed patient history and the complete systemic examination make up the fundementals of perioperative plan. Complete preoperative assessment decreases both unpredicted complications, canceling and delaying of operations , hence prevents patient and money loss.
