Düzenleyici uygulamalarının bazı toprak özellikleri ve mısırda N kapsamına etkileri

Bu çalışma topraklara ilave edilen kireç, atık çamuru, zeolit ve polyacrylamide gibi organik ve inorganik düzenleyicilerin bazı toprak özellikleri ve mısır bitkisinde toplam azot içeriğine etkisini belirlemek üzere gerçekleştirilmiştir. Deneme Samsun-Terme yöresinden alınan yüzey toprak örnekleri üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Deneme konusu toprak ince tekstürlü, düşük pH'lı ve alkaliiik sorunu bulunmayan topraklardır. Tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre yürütülen çalışmada organik ve inorganik artıklar dört farklı seviyede ve iki tekerrürlü olarak uygulanmıştır. Toprak örnekleri 10 hafta süre ile inkübasyona tabi tutulmuştur. İnkübasyondan sonra bütün saksılarda mısır bitkisi yetiştirilmiştir. Sonuçta ilave edilen organik ve inorganik artıkların toprak özelliklerini olumlu yönde etkilediği ve mısır bitkisinin toplam azot içeriğini artırdığı belirlenmiştir. Organik ve inorganik düzenleyicilerin etkinlikleri çeşitlerine ve uygulama düzeylerine bağlı olarak değişmiştir.

Effects of soil amendment applications on some soil properties and nitrogen content of corn

The objective of the present investigation was to find out the effect of incorporating of various organic and inorganic matter sources such as lime (L), zeolit (Z), polyacrylamide (PAM), and biosolid (BS) into soil on the some soil properties an.d N content of corn plant . A bulk surface (0-20 cm depth) soil sample was taken from Samsun-Terme, in north part of Turkey. Some properties of the soil were determined as follows; fine in texture, modarete in organic matter content, low in pH, and free of alkaline problem. The soil samples were treated with the inorganic and organic materials at four different levels including the control treatments and each treatment was replicated two times in a randomized factorial block design. The soil samples were incubated for ten weeks. After incubation period, corn was grown in all pots. The results can be summarized as organic and inorganic matter treatment affected soil properties positively and increased the N content of corn significantly. Effectiveness of the treatments varied depending on the types and levels of organic and inorganic materials.
