Mani ile ilişkili zoofili: Olgu sunumu
Zoofili, kişinin hayvanlarla cinsel birliktelikten haz aldığı bir parafili türüdür. Zoofili konusunda tıp literatürü oldukça sınırlıdır. Hiperseksüalite manide sık görülen bir belirtidir, ancak parafili çok nadir bildirilmiştir. Bu olgu sunumunda nadir görülen bir klinik tablo olduğu için manik dönemlere zoofilinin eşlik ettiği bir bipolar bozukluk olgusu sunul- muştur. Altm ış sekiz yaşında, hem zoofilisi hem de irritabilitesi, işitsel varsanıları, büyüklük ve mistik sanrıları olan erkek hasta psikotik özellikli manik atak tanısı ile değerlendirildi. Antimanik tedavi sonrası anormal cinsel davranış- arı düzeldi. Olgunun daha önceki beş manik döneminde de benzer zoofilik belirtileri olduğu öğrenildi. Psikiyatrik görüşme sırasında bu konun akılda tutulmasına, konuyu araştıran türde soruların sorulmasına ve duygudurum bozuklukları ile zoofili ilişkisine dikkat çekmek amacıyla aşağıdaki olgu tartışıldı. Mania assoc iated with zooph ilia: A case report
Zoophilia is a type of paraphilia whereby people get pleasure from sexual intercourse with animals. There is a substantially paucity in the medical literature on zoophilia. Hypersexuality is a common symptom of mania, however paraphilia is rarely reported. As it is a rare clinic entity, a case of bipolar disorder that zoophilia accompanying manic episodes is presented in this case report. A 68-year-old man who had both zoophilia and irritability, auditory hallu- cinations, grandiose and mystic delusions was evaluated as diaognosis of manic attack with psychotic features. After an antimanic treatment the abnormal sexual behavior has been disappeared. It was learned that patient had similar paraphiliac symptoms during his previous five manic episodes. The aim of the disscussion about the following case is to draw attention to the association between mood disorders and zoophilia, to keep this issues in mind and to ask investigating such questions in psychiatric interview.
