Fasulye antraknozu (Colletotrichum lindemuthianum) hastalığına dayanıklılığın kalıtımı

Fasulye antraknozu (C.lindemuthianum) major genler tarafından kontrol edilen fungal bir hastalıktır. Fasulye antraknozu hastalığına dayanıklılığın kalıtımında etkili olan ve her bir lokusda yer alan major genler Co-1, Co-2, Co-3, Co-4, Co-5, Co-6, Co-7, co-8, Co-9, Co-10'dur. Hastalığa dayanıklılığın kalıtımında etkili olan bu genler uluslar arası kabul edilmiş olanl2'lik antraknoz ayrım setinde yer alan çeşitlerde toplanmıştır. Fasulye antraknozu ırkları çok değişken bir yapıya sahip olduğu için bu ayrım seti sayesinde ırk tanımlaması kolay yapılmaktadır. Bu derleme ile fasulye antraknozu hastalığına dayanıklılığın kalıtımı anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır.

Reseacrhes on inheritance of bean anthracnose (Colletotrichum lindemuthianum) disease resistance

Bean antracnose is a funğal disease controled by the major genes. Major genes that are effective on inheritance of bean anthracnose disease resistance and exist in each loci are Co-1, Co-2, Co-3, Co-4, Co-5, Co-6, Co-7, co-8, Co-9, Co-10. These genes were collected in cultivars as know differential set internationally. Eventhough bean antrachnose races show vast variability, the races can be easily define by using the differential set. İn this article, the inheritance of bean anthracnose disease resistance was berifly described,
