Drosophila suzukii Matsumura 1931 (Diptera: Drosophilidae) Mücadelesinde Farklı Cezbedicilerin Kullanım Olanaklarının Araştırılması

Bu çalışma Drosophila suzukii’yi (Matsumara) (Diptera: Drosophilidae), baskı altına alabilecek, alternatif mücadele olanaklarının geliştirilmesi amacıyla 2017-2018 yıllarında, Saimbeyli (Adana), kiraz bahçesinde yürütülmüştür. Tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre 3 karakter, 4 tekerrür olarak kurulan denemede elma sirkesi, melas ve üzüm pekmezi karakter olarak kullanılmıştır. Tuzakların etkinliği için cezbediciler, yönler ve cinsiyet arasındaki ilişkiler değerlendirilmiştir. Drosophila suzukii erginlerini cezbetmede melasın (19.25 ± 0,12), elma sirkesi (10.10 ± 0,13) ve pekmeze (15.94 ± 0,13) oranla daha çok cezbetme özelliği olduğu, Doğu (10.64 ± 0,14), Batı (13.93 ± 0,14), Güney (14.39 ± 0,17), Kuzey (21.24 ± 0,14) yönler arasında Kuzey yönün diğer yönlere göre D.suzukii tarafından daha çok tercih edildiği saptanmıştır. Ayrıca, tuzaklarda dişi bireylerin (20.42± 0,15) erkek bireylere (10,38± 0,15) oranla daha çok yakalandığı tespit edilmiştir. Diğer taraftan cinsiyetin diğer iki faktör (cezbedici ve yön) üzerine herhangi bir etkisinin olmadığı, göreceli olarak melasın kuzey yönün (25.76± 0,28), diğer cezbedici ve yönlere göre (pekmez-kuzey 19,37± 0,34, sirke kuzey 18,98± 0,15) D.suzukii ‘yi cezbetmede daha anlamlı olduğu belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak; D.suzukii’nin biyoteknik mücadelesinde cezbedici olarak melasın, elma sirkesine iyi bir alternatif olacağı kanısına varılmış olup, melasın D.suzukii’nin kitlesel yakalamada cezbedici olarak kullanılması açısından da ümit var sonuçlar elde edilmiştir.

Investigation The Possibility of Using Different Attractants to Control Drosophila suzukii Matsumura 1931 (Diptera: Drosophilidae)

This study was carried out in the cherry orchards of Saimbeyli (Adana) in 2017-2018 in order to develop alternative control possibilities that can suppress Drosophila suzukii (Matsumara) (Diptera: Drosophilidae). Apple cider vinegar, sugar beet molasses and grape molasses were used as characters in the experiment, which was established as 3 characters and 4 replications according to the random blocks test design. For the effectiveness of the traps, the relationships between attractants, directions and gender (female/male) were evaluated. The results showed that sugar beet molasses (19.25 ± 0.12) attracted more Drosophila suzukii adults than apple cider vinegar (10.10 ± 0.13) and grape molasses (15.94 ± 0.13); North (21.24 ± 0.14) direction was preferred by D.suzukii more than the East (10.64 ± 0.14), West (13.93 ± 0.14), South (14.39 ± 0.17) directions. In addition, it was found that female individuals (20.42 ± 0.15) were caught more in traps than males (10.38 ± 0.15). On the other hand, there is no effect of gender on the other two factors (attractants and direction), sugar beet molasses relative to north (25.76 ± 0.28) compared to other attractants and directions grape molasses-north (19.37 ± 0.34), vinegar north (18, 98 ± 0.15) was found to be more significant in attracting D.suzukii. As a result; in the biotechnical control of D.suzukii, it was concluded that sugar beet molasses would be a good alternative to apple cider vinegar as an attractant, and hopeful results were obtained in terms of using sugar beet molasses as an attractant for D.suzukii mass catching
