Örgütsel Bağlılık, Çalışan Performansı ve Motivasyon Faktörleri ile Örgütsel İletişim Arasındaki İlişkinin Sosyal Hizmet İşletmeleri Açısından İncelenmesi

Çalışanların örgütsel bağlılıklarının, performanslarının ve motivasyonlarının işletmeler açısından ne derece önemli olduğunu ortaya koyan çok sayıda çalışma vardır. Ancak bu faktörleri, örgütsel iletişim bağlamında birlikte ele alan çalışmalar sınırlı iken bunlar arasındaki ilişkileri sosyal hizmet işletmeleri açısından inceleyen çalışmalar ise yok denecek kadar azdır. Bu eksiklikten hareketle bu çalışmada bahsi geçen faktörlerle örgütsel iletişim arasındaki ilişkiler sosyal hizmet işletmeleri bağlamında ele alınmıştır. Bu amaçla sosyal hizmet sunan bir örgüt ile sunmayan bir özel işletmeden anket yoluyla bilgi toplanmıştır. Analizler sonucunda, sosyal hizmet çalışanlarının örgütsel iletişimden duymuş oldukları tatmin düzeyinin, sosyal hizmet sunmayan işletme çalışanlarına göre daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca örgütsel iletişimden duyulan tatmin düzeyi ile örgütsel bağlılık, performans ve motivasyon arasında anlamlı ilişkiler olduğu bulunmuştur. Her ne kadar bu ilişkiler, her iki işletme için geçerli olsa da sosyal hizmet işletmesi çalışanları için iletişim tatmini ile motivasyon arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olmadığı görülmüştür

Examination of the Relationship between Organizational Communication and Factors of Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance, and Motivation in Terms of Social Service Organizations

There are various studies show how important employees' organizational commitment, performance, and motivation for the organizations. Although studies that address these factors in the context of organizational communication are few, there are scarcely any studies analyze the relationships between these factors with regards to social service organizations. Considering the scarcity, in this study, the relationships between these factors are examined in the context of social service organizations. To that end, data was gathered from a private and a social service organization. After the analyses, it is found out that communication satisfaction of social service employees is higher than employees of the company that not provide social service. Also, significant relations between employees' satisfaction level of organizational communication and organizational commitment, performance, and motivation are found out. Although this relations are valid for both organizations, there is no meaningful relationship between communication satisfaction and motivation for social service workers
