On the Importance of Physical Culture in the Development of Personality

Our ancestors said that “health is the most important wealth”. This statement has not lost its significance at the present stage of technological development. At present, unfortunately, the number of citizens who think more about intellectual perfection in order to keep up with technological development, instead of physical training, is increasing. Physical culture as part of the integral education of the individual has now become an integral part of people's lives. Of particular interest in the implementation of the line “professionalism-decency” is the need for philosophical, sociological, cultural, psychological and pedagogical analysis of the problems of physical education as an element of the General and social culture of students in order to perform their functions in practice at a high professional level.
