Transmission elktron mikroskobu
Transmission electron microscopy
The electron microscope (EM) is a scientific instrument that utilizes beam of electrons, rather than light, to image a specimen. EM have a large depth of field and provide a high level of magnification. The quality, clarity and opulence of details of the image are dependent on resolution, and the resolution achieved by EM ranges between 2-20 angstroms. The Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) magnifies specimens pertaining to biology (botanic, cell biology), medicine, matter sciences and earth sciences, 600 000 times, and images the inner structure.
